IT'S KNIGHT TIME!

Welcome to the La Plata Blue Knights Youth Sports Organization.
This year, well over five-hundred families are participating in the La Plata Blue Knights Football and Cheerleading season. Games and competitions will be won and lost as our kids will have an opportunity to enjoy the thrill of victory and learn to handle the reality of defeat. But most of all, the mission to create, develop and maintain the highest quality home-town youth football and cheerleading sports program in Southern Maryland will be attained.

The La Plata Blue Knights is a nonprofit, community-based ALL-VOLUNTEER youth sports organization providing organized football and cheerleading programs for children ranging in ages of 6 to14. We work with our carefully selected volunteer coaches to promote a positive atmosphere to ensure responsibility, honesty and good sportsmanship.

Be sure to visit this website often. Even during the off-season, we constantly update information, announce team and fundraising events, special gatherings, exciting football and cheer clinics, scholarship opportunities and much, much more.

Walk-up Registration

This jacket is available for purchase for: children - $85, Adult - $95.00, and Adult XL and larger $105. The jacket is 100% nylon with nylon/cotton lining, is water and wind resistant, has two exterior zippered pockets and one interior pocket, with drawstring hood and waist. This is an oversized jacket so don't allow for growth (it's meant to be worn over a substantial amount of clothing). The price includes embroidered name and logo. We will be placing our first order on May 2nd. After May 2nd the price will increase by $15. There will be another order placed in August. Please contact our Merchandise Coordinator, Tracy Baierlein michabaierle@cs.com to place an order. Orders must be pre-paid, checks can be made out to LPBK.

Below is the lettering that will be on the back of the Cheerleading Jacket. The stitching will be white.
